A November Update + A few things to help you through lockdown

It’s been a while since I last posted. This year I’ve really struggled with motivation especially in lockdown but I’m going to commit to a weekly post on a Sunday for the rest of the year.

A few things to help you get through lockdown:

❥ Get into a new tv show or an old favourite

❥ Check in with your friends & family

❥ Read a new book

❥ Learn something new – there’s loads of videos on youtube to learn from and Skillshare is also really good for mini courses on basically anything from business to art projects it has it all.

❥ Start a lockdown project

❥ Get outside and go for walks

❥ Create a playlist to life your mood when you feel down

❥ Make some if then plans – these are a real game changer, make a plan for whatever mood you could be feeling for example if you’re feeling sad how will you lift your mood or if you’re feeling overwhelmed what things will do to feel less overwhelmed. Write down some plans and keep them on hand.
